We are looking for a friendly and responsible receptionist for our telephone-based patient service in a podiatric practice in Düsseldorf. If you enjoy communicating with people, have a knack for detail, and are fluent in German, you’ll be a great fit. We welcome applicants from various backgrounds as comprehensive training will be provided.
Answering and returning calls to provide excellent patient service
Assisting patients with inquiries about appointments, treatments, products, and prices
Proactively advising clients on additional products and services
